Meet the business/family men behind Daddy Cakes pancake mix - Levi Silva and Dan Byers, who made a huge pancake breakfast for the "Blues For Breakfast" event during Blues & Brews Festival. The town is flipping for the mixes, which are sold locally at the Mountain Market and The Panhandler.

Ecologist and consultant Daniel Winkler works in Tibet, where he searches for mushrooms and leads eco tours. While in town for the Telluride Mushroom Festival, he tells host Jeb Berrier about his experience working in the politically contentious country.

Larry Evans, the Indiana Jones of mushrooms, and president of Wester Montana Mycological Association, talks about his career of finding mushrooms all around the world. He is currently working in Bolivia to teach people to eat mushrooms for a source of protein to prevent malnutrition.

Even at almost 9,000 feet in elevation, you can grow and cook your own food. Ashley Green of Tomten Farms, a local organic farm, demonstrates the "eat local" philosophy by showing us how to cook the popular Korean dish, kimchi.

Combine Cajun cuisine with cocktails and great live music by Trombone Shorty and Buckwheat Zydeco, and you have the Telluride Cajun Festival. The only thing to say is "Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!"

Whether it's a deviled egg or a sweetbreads sandwich, he brings crazy twists to traditional foods and showed off his skills at the 2008 Telluride Festival of the Arts.
