Combine Cajun cuisine with cocktails and great live music by Trombone Shorty and Buckwheat Zydeco, and you have the Telluride Cajun Festival. The only thing to say is "Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!"

Whether it's a deviled egg or a sweetbreads sandwich, he brings crazy twists to traditional foods and showed off his skills at the 2008 Telluride Festival of the Arts.

This isn't your normal walk in the woods. The participants in the 2007 Telluride Mushroom Festival learned all about the different types of mushrooms, and the necessities for mushroom foraging.

Do mushrooms come to mind when you think of Lizard Head Pass? Well, they do for the director of the Telluride Mushroom Festival, John Sir Jesse. Here, he and a few other mushroom hunters hop on the Telluride Insitute's biodiesel bus, "The Greasy Goose," to head up the pass on search for the elusive fungi.
